Jin Noh

Jin Noh leads business development and policy at Malta Inc. and has over 12 years of experience in clean energy and energy storage policy and market development. Jin previously served as the Policy Director and the Interim Executive Director of the California Energy Storage Alliance (CESA). In addition, Mr. Noh has extensive experience consulting independently and at Strategen Consulting and SRI International. Mr. Noh received a master’s in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor’s in public policy and economics from Duke University.
