Stella Ursua is a Senior Programs and Partnerships Manager at Grid Alternatives – Greater Los Angeles. Stella connects local governments, community organizations and nonprofits to clean energy and clean mobility grants, programs and services that will help minimize the devastating impacts from climate change on frontline communities. In addition, Stella works to connect our most vulnerable community members, specifically justice involved individuals, veterans, women, and youth at risk, with workforce training and green careers that will have lasting impact on their lives, families and their communities.
