Rylan Beisner

Rylan is a Research Analyst for Alliant Consulting and has provided project oversight for many state, federal, and IRA-related construction projects. He is a member of Alliant Consulting’s research team that developed the customizable 2-hour Inflation Reduction Act training, which gives clients an overview of the prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements, while walking them through how to maintain a compliant project.
