Melanie Davidson is the Hydrogen Commercial Development Manager at San Diego Gas & Electric. In this role, Melanie leads hydrogen project development for the company’s power and gas portfolio and manages clean fuels policy and regulatory strategy. Melanie has spent her career accelerating adoption of clean technologies at companies including Strategen Consulting, Proterra, and DuPont. Melanie is an experienced board member and currently sits on the board of the California Hydrogen Business Council. Melanie holds a BA in Political Science from Tulane University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
