Sandi Potter is the Public Works Deputy Director of Water and Environment Management for the Town of Windsor, a Sonoma County community that provides water, waste water and recycled water to a population of about 30,000. Ms. Potter has over 25 years of experience in the environmental field focusing on environmental compliance, watershed planning, sustainability and hazard mitigation. Prior to joining the Windsor team she worked for Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department and the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board. Ms. Potter has a BA in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a MS in Environmental Geology from Humboldt State University. She was a Governor Brown appointee to the California State Mining and Geology Board and currently serves as a Planning Commissioner in her hometown of Petaluma.
