Louis C. Ting

Louis Ting is the Director of Power Engineering & Technical Services for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. With 29 years at LADWP, currently he is responsible for the transition to a clean energy future focusing on modernizing the grid to enable clean transportation electrification programs and strategies, implementing LA100 goals to strengthen LA’s distribution and transmission grids, and executing major programs and projects for LA’s Power System.
