Kameale Terry

Kameale Terry, CEO of ChargerHelp, is an accomplished leader focusing on environmental sustainability and community engagement. With a decade of experience in CleanTech, she co-founded ChargerHelp! to create reliable Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure using data-driven maintenance and repair services.

Previously, as Director of Programs at EV Connect, Kameale led infrastructure projects globally and established the Customer Experience Department, emphasizing equitable workforce development. She is an advisor for Edge Energy, co-creator of Culture and Climate, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Kameale’s expertise extends to board positions in entrepreneurial and environmental industries.

Kameale C. Terry is the co-founder and CEO of ChargerHelp!, where she has led the development of innovative technology solutions to support the rapidly growing electric vehicle industry. Central to her technological achievements is the creation of the EMPWR platform, a proprietary software that enhances real-time diagnostics and maintenance for EV charging stations. The EMPWR platform leverages cutting-edge data analytics and machine learning to predict outages, optimize station uptime, and streamline service across a diverse network of manufacturers, making ChargerHelp! a leader in EV charging reliability.

Under Kameale’s leadership, ChargerHelp! has supported the reliability of over 35,000 EV charging stations nationwide, ensuring maintenance efficiency and reliability. Her work on EMPWR has not only driven operational success but also empowered ChargerHelp! to train and equip over 1000 technicians with advanced tools and insights, furthering the mission of equitable workforce development in clean energy technology.
