Kaitlin Fung is a Research Analyst within Wood Mackenzie’s Power and Renewables practice. Her research focuses on market dynamics, project financing, and sustainability of utility-scale solar projects in the United States and Canada.
Before focusing on utility-scale solar, Kaitlin worked on Wood Mackenzie’s Americas Power team to support their long-term investment horizon outlooks. She primarily focused on ISO New England and Eastern Canadian energy markets, long-term utility-scale forecast integration, and modeling renewable portfolio standards (RPS).
Kaitlin attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. During her time at Amherst, she worked on research focusing on patent searching with an application to wind energy technologies.
