Daniela Pangallo

Daniela has over 15 years of business development experience in the energy industry across Europe, the Middle East, United States, and LATAM. Since joining the Business Development team at Nautilus in 2020, Daniela has been responsible for executing more than 250 MWdc of Letter of Intent (LOI) agreements across approximately 40 projects in New York, Maine, Maryland, and other markets, contributing to Nautilus’ growing portfolio of solar assets. In her role, Daniela uses her expertise and knowledge to forge successful long-term relationships with Development, and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) partners. She focuses on the acquisition of development-stage distributed generation (DG) projects in new markets, defining flexible strategies, and establishing Co-Development Agreements. Daneila has acquired valuable knowledge of the Low to Moderate Income (LMI) market in recent years, and successfully managed the acquisition of several LMI projects in Maryland. Prior to joining Nautilus Solar, Daniela worked for international developers, EPCs and Independent Power Producers (IPPs) active in Utility and DG wind and solar across Europe and the Americas. Daniela managed international business development for Enerray, a division of the Maccaferri Group where she supported the company’s expansion in LATAM and explored the company’s expansion in the United States. Daniela held the position of Greenfield Developer and Acquisition Manager for Seci Energia, a leading European renewable investor focusing on wind and solar power transactions in Europe and North Africa. In addition, Daniela was an advisor for two successful start-up companies and collaborated with the University of Turin (Italy) on the publication of research studies. Daniela holds a BA and a Master’s degree from the University of Turin, an MBA from the Polytechnic of Turin, and a Certificate in International Field Studies, Global Access Program (GAP) from UCLA, Anderson School of Business.
