Arielle brings deep expertise in government affairs and policy advocacy, currently serving as the lead for WACKER’s Polysilicon Federal/State engagement team. In this role, she navigates complex regulatory landscapes and advances strategic initiatives within the company’s Government Affairs Division.
Before joining WACKER, Arielle shaped chemical policy at the American Cleaning Institute (ACI) in Washington, D.C. There, she tackled pressing industry challenges including chemical management, ingredient communication, and environmental concerns surrounding 1,4-Dioxane and microplastics. Her work helped bridge the gap between industry interests and regulatory requirements.
Her policy experience extends into agricultural advocacy, where she spent four years working with Farm Bureau organizations. She served two years each at the Virginia Farm Bureau and the American Farm Bureau, developing a keen understanding of agricultural policy and stakeholder engagement.
Arielle’s academic foundation combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. She holds a Master of Public Policy with a specialization in International Relations from the University of Northern Iowa, building upon her bachelor’s degree in political science from Wartburg College. This educational background complements her professional expertise in regulatory affairs and policy development.
