Alex Louli is a Senior Applications Engineer at QuantumScape, working at the intersection of development and application by fostering technical collaborations and partnerships with customers. Prior to joining QuantumScape, Alex was a Battery Process Scientist at Volkswagen of America, where he led technical evaluation of advanced battery materials and technologies, playing a key role in the company’s technology scouting efforts. He earned a PhD and Master’s degree in Physics from Dalhousie University under the supervision of Dr. Jeff Dahn, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from St. Francis Xavier University.
