Adib Nasle is the founder and CEO of XENDEE. Adib started his entrepreneurial life as the co-founder and President of Power Analytics, an Enterprise power system analysis software for real-time predictive energy management. Adib grew the business with VC funding and successfully exited in 2008, returning 13x in shareholder value in 3 years. Adib served on Board of Director’s for the Aspen Institute Socrates Society until 2017 and administered the executive MBA programs at Pepperdine University until 2011 and then identified a significant opportunity in the Power sector, to remove the barrier of adoption for Microgrid technology. Since 2012 Adib has grown XENDEE and surrounded himself with world renowned authorities in their respective fields to create an industry recognized Microgrid Decision Support Platform. Adib is the inventor of Model Predictive Control (MPC) for electrical power systems and holds 25 worldwide patents in the field of power system design, analysis, and optimization. He is a senior IEEE member and teaches the Microgrid and renewable energy planning and economic optimization course at UC San Diego. Adib lives in San Diego with his wife Kerry, son Alex and their two dogs Coco, and Luna.
