Today, with almost 75 GW installed PV capacity across the United States, the solar industry must now think and act how the est. 5,5 Million tons of PV Panels waste shall be brought back into the Circular Economy. Especially in light of an emerging repowering market, all options from re-use over recycling to final treatment must be explored. Seasoned experts will present these significant challenges from different angles: Producer responsibility legislative framework, EPC-contracting business, recycling of the components of PV Systems will be at the heart of this session. This session is jointly organized by Intersolar and PV CYCLE.
