Public fast charging network EVgo announced several network enhancements through its new initiative, EVgo ReNew™, designed to enhance the customer experience.
EVgo has also debuted the Canary Model™, a powerful performance monitoring tool that automatically identifies and analyzes patterns and support diagnostics.
EVgo’s ReNew program features six pillars that define the company’s commitment to excellence. They include resilience, prevention, diagnostics, rapid response, analysis, and continuous customer service.
The company is also working on creating a next-generation charging architecture with enhanced firmware to further elevate the customer experience. It is expected to deploy in the second half of 2026.
