Robin Swanhuyser

Robin Swanhuyser is a nonprofit professional with ten years of experience in operations and logistics, event production, community engagement, and international development. Currently she is the Executive Director of Twende Solar. Prior to joining Twende, Robin was the Program Director at the Biennial of the Americas, where she managed events and programming to engage entrepreneurs and innovative leaders and inspire collaboration across borders. From 2014-2016 Robin served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in central Nicaragua where she provided English training and workshops to English teachers and students and led youth leadership camps and community development projects. Robin is fluent in Spanish and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Seattle University. Robin was born in Washington State and spent her childhood split between the Columbia River Gorge and rural Baja California Sur, Mexico.
